Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of FixFlowSoftware ("FixFlowSoftware," "we," "us," or "our"), a browser-based point-of-sale, inventory, customer management, and repair workflow application for phone retail and service businesses.
By accessing or using FixFlowSoftware, you agree to these Terms. If you use FixFlowSoftware on behalf of a company, shop, or other legal entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
Eligibility and Business Use
FixFlowSoftware is intended for business and internal commercial use. You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure.
You are responsible for all activity under your account, including activity by employees, staff, contractors, and anyone you authorize to access your workspace, store, or client account.
The Service
FixFlowSoftware may include features for:
- user authentication and account access
- point-of-sale and transaction workflows
- inventory, product, supplier, and purchase management
- customer, device, and repair or job record management
- settings, imports, and support request submission
- trial or paid plan access to certain features
We may update, improve, limit, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. We do not guarantee that every feature will always be available.
Accounts and Security
You must maintain the confidentiality of your credentials and access devices.
You agree to:
- use reasonable security practices to protect your account
- notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access or misuse
- ensure users in your organization have appropriate permissions
- not share credentials in a way that creates avoidable security risk
We may suspend or restrict access if we reasonably believe an account is compromised, being abused, or used in violation of these Terms.
Customer Data and Your Responsibilities
You retain responsibility for the data, records, content, documents, customer details, transaction details, repair or job records, and other materials you submit to or process through FixFlowSoftware ("Customer Data").
You represent and warrant that:
- you have the right to collect, use, store, and submit Customer Data to the service
- your use of FixFlowSoftware and Customer Data complies with applicable law, contracts, and privacy obligations
- you will not submit unlawful, fraudulent, infringing, or deceptive content
- you are responsible for maintaining any records, exports, or backups your business requires
You are solely responsible for the accuracy, quality, legality, and reliability of Customer Data.
Acceptable Use
You may not:
- use the service for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or deceptive purposes
- attempt to bypass authentication, access controls, workspace boundaries, or security protections
- probe, scan, reverse engineer, or interfere with the service except as permitted by law
- upload malware, harmful code, or content designed to disrupt the service
- use the service to infringe intellectual property, privacy, or other rights
- resell, lease, sublicense, or provide unauthorized third-party access to FixFlowSoftware without our written permission
Plans, Billing, Trials, and Refunds
FixFlowSoftware may be offered under trial, promotional, or paid plans, including plan tiers such as trial and pro.
Pricing, billing frequency, taxes, plan limits, and refund terms may be provided through a separate order form, invoice, checkout flow, proposal, or written agreement. If those terms conflict with these Terms, the specific written commercial terms will control for that purchase.
Unless otherwise stated in writing, fees paid are non-refundable once the applicable billing period begins, except where required by law.
We may suspend or limit access for overdue accounts.
Support and Communications
FixFlowSoftware may provide in-app support request features or other support channels. When you submit a support request, you authorize us to use the contact details and request information you provide to respond, troubleshoot, and improve the service.
You agree that we may send you service-related notices, account updates, security alerts, and billing communications using the contact information associated with your account.
Privacy and Data Handling
FixFlowSoftware processes account information, operational records, customer information, inventory data, transaction data, and support-related information as part of providing the service.
You remain responsible for providing any notices and obtaining any consents required for your collection and use of customer and employee information in connection with your business.
Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, if and when published.
Intellectual Property
FixFlowSoftware, including its software, interface, branding, documentation, and underlying technology, is owned by FixFlowSoftware or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Subject to these Terms and any applicable paid plan or written commercial agreement, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use FixFlowSoftware for your internal business purposes.
You do not acquire any ownership rights in FixFlowSoftware by using the service.
Third-Party Services
FixFlowSoftware may rely on or interoperate with third-party services, including hosting, authentication, storage, infrastructure, or other technical providers.
We are not responsible for third-party services we do not control, including outages, changes, data loss, or disruptions caused by those providers.
Availability and Business Continuity
We aim to provide a reliable service, but FixFlowSoftware is provided on an "as available" basis.
Availability may be affected by maintenance, upgrades, network issues, browser changes, security events, third-party outages, and other operational factors.
You are responsible for maintaining any operational backups, exports, accounting records, or business continuity processes appropriate for your business.
Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to FixFlowSoftware if:
- you violate these Terms
- payment is overdue
- your use creates security, legal, or abuse risk
- your use may harm us, the service, or other users
You may stop using the service at any time.
Termination does not relieve you of obligations accrued before termination, including payment obligations.
Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FixFlowSoftware is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, fully secure against every threat, or suitable for your specific legal, tax, accounting, or operational requirements.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FixFlowSoftware and its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, and licensors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, business, goodwill, data, or business interruption arising out of or related to the service or these Terms.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability for all claims arising out of or relating to the service or these Terms will not exceed the amounts you paid us for the service during the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to the claim, or [INSERT LIABILITY CAP IF DIFFERENT], whichever is greater only if you intentionally want that wording. Otherwise remove this clause and use a fixed cap.
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless FixFlowSoftware and its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, and licensors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, judgments, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or related to:
- your Customer Data
- your use of the service
- your violation of these Terms
- your violation of applicable law
- your violation of any third-party rights
Governing Law and Disputes

Entire Agreement

Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms is not a waiver of that provision or any other provision.
Assignment
You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your rights under them without our prior written consent.
We may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, sale of assets, or by operation of law.
